Scope of services
Aegis Yachts offers brokerage, charter coordination, and vessel management services. Brokerage services include market appraisal, marketing of listings, negotiation support, and transaction coordination. Charter services include itinerary planning, provisioning coordination, and guest hospitality planning. Management services include technical oversight, refit supervision, crew recruitment, and administrative account keeping. Specific terms of engagement for any paid service are set out in separate written agreements. Those agreements will define the scope of work, fees, deliverables, timelines, and termination rights. The website provides descriptive information only and does not create contractual commitments unless confirmed in a signed engagement letter or contract. When a client engages any service, we will request required documentation and authorizations relevant to that service, for example proof of insurance, vessel documentation, and identification for security screening when arranging viewings.
User obligations and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information when contacting Aegis Yachts and must not impersonate others or submit false statements. Acceptable use requires respect for confidentiality of listings, surveys, and commercial data provided in secure packets. Users may not copy, republish, or redistribute content provided by Aegis Yachts without prior written consent. Fees, payments and refunds

Payment terms, currency, and invoicing procedures will be specified in each agreement. Where Aegis Yachts collects deposits or advance payments for services we will hold funds in accordance with the terms agreed and applicable regulations. Refunds are processed only as provided in the applicable agreement or by law. If a client disputes a charge, they should contact our Monaco office immediately so we can investigate and respond promptly. We are not responsible for banking transaction costs charged by payment providers or correspondent banks.
Intellectual property
Content on our website, including text, images, design, listings, documentation and media, is owned or licensed by Aegis Yachts. You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reuse, modification, republication, or distribution requires prior written permission. If you submit materials to Aegis Yachts in the course of an inquiry or engagement, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use such materials for the purposes of providing services and fulfilling contractual obligations, subject to confidentiality commitments. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these Terms or any services provided by Aegis Yachts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Monaco, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Before commencing formal proceedings the parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by negotiation. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute, the matter may proceed to mediation or court action according to the agreement between the parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its rights or assets.
